Jo became a full time artist after attaining her diploma from Artists University Network USA in 2015.

Jo creates abstract works using acrylics and mixed media.  Her  techniques include translucency glazing and texture. This draws the viewer to experience their own unique interpretation of her work.

Jo was chosen as one of five New Zealand artists for a film by the Australian film company Colour in Your Life. This is one of the highlights of her art journey and has led to representation by galleries in London and USA as well as local NZ  galleries.
