Nancy Tschetner, is driven by her deep connection to nature and art, and finds her inspiration and motivation in these two forces.
For over 20 years, she has cultivated a unique artistic style that incorporates natural materials to create texture and depth. Using over 150 different shades and structures of sand as her primary medium. To highlight certain details and colors not available in sand alone, she uses crushed glass and gold leaf. The depth and sparkly textures bring any subject to life, and make the artworks dynamic.
Her pieces not only showcase the beauty of nature but also encourage viewers to slow down and appreciate their surroundings. By creating art that sparks reflection and connection, Nancy aims to inspire a sense of mindfulness. Through her work, she strives to remind people of what truly matters in life and facilitate a deeper bond with oneself, nature, and others.
