Rieko’s first exhibition was held in 2010, followed by several solo shows and group exhibitions in Wellington and Auckland.

Rieko consults with a tikanga Māori advisor about her artwork. She studied Tikanga Māori at TWoA. A proportion of the proceeds from the sales of artwork goes towards a bird recovery programme.

Rieko is represented by Black Door Gallery in Auckland and her limited-edition giclée prints are available from Eyeball Kicks Gallery in Wellington.
