Verity studied at the Eastern Institute of Technology, where she gained a degree in Visual Arts and Design.

Her artwork is vibrant in colour, with a focus on detail. A lot of her artwork is inspired by exotic flowers and plants.  She loves painting native New Zealand flora and fauna and her preferred medium to work in is Acrylic. Verity has been part of both solo and group exhibitions.
